We take on a limited number of full-scale design and build projects each year — working closely with clients to create one-of-a-kind structures and interiors from the ground up. These are start-to-finish collaborations, encompassing everything from concept development and space planning to floor plans, electrical layouts, and permitting.

Kat has lived her fair share of nine lives, as well - everything from tattooing to real estate, tech startups to independent full-scale design and build services; together, we’ve truly seen it all (but are always looking for more)!
